Method
How we work
-
You set out the problem and what a useful answer would look like. If it falls outside our area, we say so at this point rather than later.
-
A short written scope: the question, the method, what will be delivered, who does what, and how long it takes.
-
The work itself, whether that is a field study, a review, a training programme or a written report.
-
Delivery, and where it helps, a handover session so your own staff can carry the work forward.
Engagements have ranged from a single technical review to multi-year committee appointments. We work both remotely and in country.
